Applications for Research Assistant (RA) /GMSI student positions are now open. Applications to become a GMSI RA / GMSI student are open to anyone who will be enrolled in the PhD course of one of the seven majors affiliated with GMSI. Students planning to enroll in April, 2011 can become RAs on April 1, 2011 contingent on their enrollment at that time as doctoral course student.

Person who have already submitted the report of “2010　Completion Report” is not necessary to submit again because the form is same.

2. Consent form *File name is GMSI-doc4_110222.pdf

3. H23RA-namelist *File name is GMSI-doc5_110222.xls

Notes:
Submit both electronic and printed versions of the name list (the file containing your personal information) H23RA-namelist *File name is 『GMSI-document5（110222）』

Upon submission, rename this file as follows:
“H23RA名簿-YourDepartment-YourName.xls”

【Attention International Students】
As of July 1, 2010, “Permission to Engage in an Activity Other Than That Permitted under the Status of Residence Previously Granted” (i.e. a work permit) is not longer required to become a GMSI RA if your visa category is “College Student”. Upon appointment as a GMSI RA, confirmation of this visa status as well as a copy of your alien registration card will be required.
