Human Resource Development

The human resource development (education) program aims to cultivate fundamental achievements, specialized knowledge, literacy and competency.

(a) Fostering the ability to view engineering (fundamental and specialized) and society from a global perspective.
(b) Cultivating competitiveness based on international understanding and specialized knowledge.
(c) Fostering the leadership ability needed to be effective in industry and academia.
(d) Recruiting excellent overseas students.

Through the approaches described above, we will foster internationally competitive young researchers with strong fundamental knowledge and attainments, specialized knowledge, literacy, and competency, who will be the future leaders in industry and academia.
