The schedule for MEMS and SIMULATION practice is as follows.
【MEMS Schedule】
・Monday, Aug. 30th Orientation/ANSYS Mechanical Engineering practice room
Gathering time 9:00
Gathering place Eng. Bldg. #2, 1st floor Mechanical Engineering practice room
*On Aug. 30th the TOEFL will be held in the University. Please be quiet during this time.
・Wednesday, Sep. 1st, Mechanical Design (expected to finish by evening)
・Thursday, Sep. 2nd, Layout Design using Cadence -- Bldg. #13 Electrical Engineering General Experimental Room
・Friday, Sep. 3rd, Layout Design using Cadence -- Bldg. #13 Electrical Engineering General Experimental Room
・Monday, Sep. 6th, Clean Room (planned for the morning)
◆From Sep. 6th, the class will be split into two groups to finish the exercises in Takeda Hall
【Group A】
・Monday, Sep. 6th, Lithography + Oxide film etching (in the afternoon)
・Tuesday, Sep. 7th, Deep RIE + Stealth Dicing + Release
・Wednesday, Sep. 8th, Wire Bonding
・Thursday, Sep. 9th, Property Measurement
・Friday, Sep. 10th, Property Measurement
【Group B】
・Wednesday, Sep. 8th, Lithography + Oxide film etching (in the afternoon)
・Thursday, Sep. 9th, Deep RIE + Stealth Dicing + Release
・Friday, Sep. 10th, Wire Bonding
・Monday, Sep. 13th, Property Measurement
・Tuesday, Sep. 14th, Property Measurement
◆Group A and B (together)
・Friday, Sep. 17th, Presentation of results
