Global COE Program “Mechanical Systems Innovation” Secretariat

Applications for Research Assistant (RA) positions are now open. See below for details. Applications are open to students will be enrolled in one of the GMSI affiliated majors as of the 2010 academic year. Students planning to enroll in April, 2010 can become RAs on Thursday, April 1, 2010 contingent on their enrollment as a PhD student.

Please see the attached files for application conditions and forms to be submitted.

Notes:
1. Current RAs who wish to remain RAs must also apply.
2. Submit both electronic and printed versions of the file “H22RA4月採用＿名簿” only.

Name the Excel file “H22RA4月採用_YourDepartment_YourName.xls”
3. A work permit (資格外活動許可書) is required for international students to be appointed as RAs. The permit can take some time to obtain, so please prepare in advance. See the following link for more information (Office of International Students).
