Global COE for Mechanical Systems Innovation Secretariat

Applications to become a GMSI RA/ GMSI Student are open to anyone who will be enrolled in the PhD course of one of the seven majors affiliated with GMSI. Students planning to enroll in April, 2012 can become RAs on April 1, 2012 contingent on their enrollment at that time as doctoral course student.

[Application Process / Where to Submit Documents]
1.Prepare and submit the following documents:
①Consent form.doc
②2011 Completion Report / 2012 Application Form.doc
(This format is for both, Completion and Application. Please use this form if either applies to you.)
③RA name list.xls
④Passport copies (International students only)
●One copy of the page showing your photo, name, and personal
information
●One copy of the page showing your visa status (either the visa or
a renewal stamp).
⑤Copy of Alien Registration Card (International students only)
●Copies of both sides of the card are necessary
(If you don’t yet have an ID card, submit the receipt of Alien Registration instead.)
