＜概要＞
In this lect re participants ill be introd ced to the idea lecture will introduced of leadership both from a western and eastern point of view based on a concept called Theory of Life. The discussion will also focus on the important dimensions of leadership and how this understanding will help us develop leaders within us and in others. Special attention will be given to understanding the limits of scientific approach to leadership and will show how learning and practicing leadership are different from researching in science and engineering. The lecture will end with a discussion of ethical considerations for leaders, especially when they make important decisions.
