<Summary>
This lecture will outline the literary property, especially the viewpoint of the patent for the innovation creation that passes the activity of the industrial-academic corporate relations.

Concretely, in this lecture, we will think about the role and history of industry-university cooperation in Japan, the results of activity for industrial-academic corporate relations, the role of patent, and the idea concerning patent of enterprise and patent of university.

Finally, I will introduce the concrete example as intellectual property management of The University of Tokyo about a joint research that supports results and these related to the system of management, the invention handling rule, and the patent and the approach on the relation contract.
